Ruels

• Only kids under 12 years are strictly allowed to sleep on the sleeper couches
• Some resort will allow adults to sleep on the sleeper couch if they agree
• Some resorts have single beds (for kids under 12) but they allow adults if they agree
• Only volume guest per unit allowed
• Babe from day 1 will be calculated as a kid)
• Resort rules need to be read, agree to, resort have the weight to act if rules are bended
• Self-catering options:
  • Full week (Check in Friday after 16:00 – Check out Friday morning @ 10:00)
  • Midweek (Check in Monday after 16:00 – Check out Friday morning @ 10:00)
  • Weekends (Check in Friday after 16:00 – Check out Monday morning @ 10:00 alternative late Sunday afternoon)
• Units are quoted & paid for per unit and not per person or per day booking

Cancelation Policy:

Holding units

* Unit will only be on hold for up to 12 / 24 hours all depending on the supplier.

* Payment - deposit or full payment will be requested to secure unit

* Deposit only if arranged with Agency

* No refunds will be allocated on cancellation for deposit payments Deposit

* 50% Deposit are requested only if agree on a deposit with Supplier

* Holding a unit for only 24 hours - deposit (if agree) or full payment secure your booking

* Full amount needs to be paid strictly as agree on date requested 30 days before check in date

* No refunds on any deposit will be refundable

* If payment agreement is not strictly paid on or before requested date, and supplier cancel the booking due to lack of payment, no refunds will be allocated, and booking will be cancelled

Key Deposit

A refundable key / breakage deposit from R1500 will / might be payable on arrival.

* Deposit amount all depend on the Resort / Supplier (will be indicated on Guest Verification Letter)

* Only cash or credit card will be acceptable.

* Refundable on Departure if in its all in good condition.

* Please note that should the fee not be paid, occupancy will not be granted.

* Please note there might not be any ATM at the resort!

Cancellation Policy:

The following cancellation fees will be applicable to all reservations:

* 120 days prior to check in: 35% cancellation fee will be charged

* 90 days prior to check in: 40% cancellation fee will be charged

* 60 days prior to check in: 50% cancellation fee will be charged

* Less than 60 days prior to check in: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
